"As a plant manager new to the Rockwell Automation organization and to the Richland Center area, I found great value in the RCDA. The RCDA provides an invaluable service to the businesses within Richland County through the RC Manufacturing Consortium. By being introduced to this group, Rockwell Automation has been able to collectively join local businesses to discuss and facilitate solutions towards critical issues businesses in the Richland County area encounter. The RCDA has helped to facilitate solutions towards sufficient housing for new employees and organized committees to share ideas on acquiring talent in a small, rural community.
